1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by jiji18 at jiji18.club (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the jiji18 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement"). 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

jiji18 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon detecting unusual account activity. Acceptable Philippine government-issued ID documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

jiji18 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jiji18 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji18 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. jiji18 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. jiji18 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary based on payment provider availability and account verification status.

jiji18 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, AML screening, or bonus wagering requirement review. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts held in the same name as the jiji18 account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jiji18 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and bingo card credits. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are stated on each promotion's detail page at the time of opt-in. General bonus terms applicable to all jiji18 promotions are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash balance.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 15× to 35× the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time of claim.
• Only bets placed with real-money balance count toward bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jiji18 are provided by licensed third-party gaming software suppliers including but not limited to JILI Games, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and CQ9. Each game operates according to its published rules and uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed on the game's information panel within the Platform.

jiji18 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes after bets are placed. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game session, jiji18's general policy is to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. jiji18's decision on malfunctions is final. 7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Termination

jiji18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player's account shows activity indicative of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under jiji18's Responsible Gaming policy.
• jiji18 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jiji18 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If closure is initiated by the player (voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance that has met applicable wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji18 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated winnings, service interruptions, or delays in payment processing.

jiji18's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

jiji18 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or events outside jiji18's reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Agreement that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms
